Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and ensuring the store is maintained to the highest standards. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow all established company policies while ensuring document security
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe operation of equipment and general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
