Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring merchandise displays are stocked and neat.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI core competencies and professionalism in daily activities.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support team collaboration.
• Assist in inventory management and stock monitoring.
• Comply with cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
