Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain neat merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, follow cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
