Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and skills in day-to-day tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange products neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize errors and losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Skilled in general cleaning duties and following company policies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
