Store Team Member

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. In this full-time role, you will interact with customers, collaborate with team members, and contribute to store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Ability to meet state and local requirements for handling alcohol
