Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains its outstanding appearance, provides exceptional customer service, and operates efficiently.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Help monitor inventory and ensure accuracy in store counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize errors and loss.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in retail and operating cash registers preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
