Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with your team to create a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
