We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our retail operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash handling policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and retail equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
