Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store operates efficiently and provides an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, operating the cash register, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Stock merchandise on shelves and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Capable of lifting and stocking merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
