Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Operate cash register, restock shelves, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate required equipment efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
