Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean environment to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
