Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join the dynamic team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to handle equipment and maintain store cleanliness to company standards.
