Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills standards.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness, and handle inventory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
