Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Inventory management and monitoring
• Operate a cash register and adhere to cash policies
• Uphold company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely
• Interpret and apply company policies
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Work well independently and in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
