Job Description

We are looking to hire a Store Team Member to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Participate in inventory counts
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
