Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure the best shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and cleaning equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
