We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to an outstanding shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and neat displays in the store.
• Assist customers and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping journey.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register with efficiency and accuracy.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
