Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Store Team Members to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will contribute to creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Operate equipment safely and correctly
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
