Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will help enhance the shopping experience for our valued customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professional skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper product display
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with the management team and fellow associates
• Contribute to inventory management and accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash register skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
• A combination of education and experience will be considered
