Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Store Team Member, you will merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, and contribute to keeping the store clean and organized.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Follow inventory procedures and report any issues to management
• Operate cash register and adhere to cash policies
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash register and equipment efficiently
• Interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
