Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member! In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Store Team Member, you will collaborate with your team to ensure efficient store operations. Your responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, stocking shelves, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Previous retail experience preferred
