Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly by handling tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your commitment to providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with team members will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register effectively.
• Capable of using equipment such as hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and balers.
• Experience in retail and knowledge of company policies preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
