We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Contribute to a positive shopping experience by interacting with customers and maintaining a neat store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure efficient store operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
• Assist in inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
