Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store is well-organized and that customers have a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to company standards.
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently.
• Conduct inventory management tasks as instructed by management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
