Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment and exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, process customer purchases, and maintain a clean store.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of following company guidelines and performing general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience and a high school diploma preferred.
