Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. The role involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to enhance the customer shopping experience. As part of the team, you will collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
