Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus on exceptional customer service and teamwork will elevate the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and support team collaboration
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure cash policies are followed
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and maintain data confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
