Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our Aldi family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
