Job Description

We are looking to hire a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Adhere to cash policies, ensure inventory accuracy, and follow company procedures.
• Execute general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
