Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers a Full-Time schedule, with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Adhere to cash policies, inventory procedures, and company standards.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy.
• Perform physical tasks including stocking, lifting, and general store maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or with a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
