Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our rapidly growing team at ALDI. As one of the fastest-growing retailers in the nation, ALDI is paving the way to becoming a major player in the U.S. grocery market. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and administering our supply chain programs to secure products economically, maximize sales, and control expenses. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM), ETL processes, and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. You will work towards streamlining our supply chain operations to achieve optimal efficiency and assist in various supply chain initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain positive relationships.
• Support the implementation of team strategies.
• Analyze work processes to drive efficiency, service levels, and cost reduction.
• Use statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings to stakeholders.
• Create and automate reports and dashboards for information dissemination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive business experience.
• Proficient in Excel, data analysis, and statistical tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
