Job Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to join our Logistics team at Aldi. With a commitment to sustainability, this role involves supporting the implementation of supply chain strategies, testing new procedures, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. The position includes general administration tasks, data entry support, and collaboration with team members. As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will uphold document security and confidentiality while prioritizing tasks and taking responsibility for results.

Responsibilities

• Support the direct leader in implementing the Supply Chain Management strategy.
• Assist with testing new procedures and systems.
• Communicate effectively with divisions, vendors, and other internal parties.
• Provide general administration and data entry support.
• Collaborate with team members and share relevant information with the direct leader.
• Uphold document and data security and confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
