Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to oversee operations at Store 7102 for Jack in the Box. As the first-line supervisor, you will lead and train team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience, uphold quality food standards, meet guest expectations, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Successful completion of 6 months at Jack in the Box with all workstations certification, or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training. Strong communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency depending on location. Basic math skills, proven analytical abilities, and good organization. Ethical behavior and integrity. Basic knowledge of personal computers.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to be on feet for the majority of shifts, lift up to 25 lbs, operate a cash register, and attend to guest orders.
