Team Leader: Store 7103

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join Jack in the Box at Store 7103. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience, quality food, and compliance with JIB procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of JIB experience and full certification in all workstations for internal promotions, or 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or restaurant customer service.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English; some locations may require proficiency in another language. Strong interpersonal skills, basic math abilities, and good organizational skills.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift items during shifts.
