Wound Care Coordinator - RN

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus on wound care to join our team as a Wound Care Coordinator. In this role, you will lead and integrate our Skin Health and Wound management program, collaborating with nursing center management to ensure the highest quality of care.

Position Highlights

• Lead the development of a comprehensive skin health and wound management program.
• Act as the clinical expert for skin, wound, and incontinent products.
• Oversee the management of durable medical equipment related to wound prevention and care.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Completion of Skin Health Team Lead orientation training and Wound Basics within 90 days of hire.
• National accredited wound certification or commitment to complete Advanced Wound Training within 1 year of hire.
• Experience in clinical charting, incident reporting, and team building.
